HPC is composed of the VME based multiprocessor control platform. Each platform completes the unit control of  rolling mill such as high speed reduction, bending roll, looper, etc.  to achieve high speed control requirements.

The high-speed controllers such as roll gap, bending roll and looper, etc. in HSMP achieve high-speed real-time communication network by the memory image.

The reheating furnace, setting of  rolling process and control of real-time temperature all adopt fault-tolerant machines. The reliability of systems and quality control are guaranteed.

The program development is based on graphical and modular technology, which fastens the system development schedule and improves system maintainability.
